Evolution™ Specular Reflectance Accessories

This suite of accessories is useful for measuring film thickness and reflectance properties from coatings on metallic, glass and silicon substrates. The accessory includes an alignment mirror that can also be used for baseline measurements.

 

Convenient Horizontal Sample Mounting

• Convenient horizontal sample mounting allows easy positioning of samples for measurement
• Selection of apertures limits size of the light patch striking the sample surface, facilitating reproducible sampling
• Align it once and it's aligned for life- no need to align each time you insert the accessory

Use 15-60 degree accessories together with a polarizer or filter

• The small, fixed angle accessories can be used together with a polarizer, depolarizer or filter holder to modify the light beam before or after striking the test mirror
• The Evolution Solid Sample Slide Holder accommodates multiple slide holders, allowing optical elements to be inserted either before or after the Fixed-Angle Specular Reflectance accessory
