Fundamental Hands-on qPCR Application Training
Learn fundamental knowledge needed to run qPCR experiments. The course is conducted at the customer’s location and provides professional, interactive education that includes classroom training delivered by a Field Application Scientist (FAS) and hands-on instruction in the laboratory. Topics include application-specific lectures, wet-lab experiment preparation, instrument and software setup, and basic data analysis. Participants will receive specific reagents needed to complete the absolute quantification protocol or the relative quantification protocol.

At the conclusion of this course, participants should be able to:
• Explain the main workflow steps involved in the specific application of interest
• Apply specific experimental design concepts to their own projects
• Set up application-specific experiment
• Demonstrate key features of the instrument software, including setting up an experimental run and collecting data
• Perform basic data analysis, result interpretation, and troubleshooting basics

Tuition includes*:

• Reagents needed to run the application experiment
• Maximum two people per training

*The participant is responsible for providing an appropriate training facility, QuantStudio Real-Time PCR System, and basic laboratory equipment (e.g., pipettes, plate sealers or film, plates, centrifuge, etc.).
