The on-line analysis system for fixed pollution source exhausted gas, its standard sample transmission tube can be heated to above 120°C (standard environment), and there is no condensation in the pipeline. At the same time, the pipeline has a built-in, sintered stainless steel, 2 μm filter (replaceable). The sampling tube collects the inerting pipeline to effectively prevent the adsorption and loss of the sample on the pipeline. The enhanced sampling tube is equipped with buttons and screens. The user can completely control the instrument (starting instructions, etc.) on the sampling tube, observe and record the measurement results in real time.
Sample heating transfer tube
No matter it is ambient gas or fixed source of contamination, the dust filter in the self-contained sampling line can effectively prevent blockage of the system sample line. The built-in sampling pump of the analyzer automatically separates the sample into a dedicated column for separation. The separated components enter the detector in turn, and the built-in working software automatically performs data acquisition, analysis, processing, storage and transmission. The system uses a high-precision electronic pressure control system to ensure data repeatability and accuracy, and also ensures long-term robustness of the instrument. The internal hardware of the instrument is completely configured according to the national standard method, and the key indicators are tested according to the national standard before leaving the factory to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the instrument.
Built-in air source
The industry-leading 5800-GO series analyzers are equipped with carrier gas and zero-grade air. The external hydrogen cylinder is designed to meet the requirements of field work, and avoids the possibility of contact between hydrogen and heating parts and circuit boards, which improves the safety level.
Offline heat engine function
In order to improve work efficiency, 5800-GO supports off-line heat engine. When the instrument arrives at the site, it can be put into detection directly, which greatly saves analysis time.
Third-party laboratory support and extension of benzene homologue
The instrument has the characteristics of accurate analysis, high integration and strong expansibility. On the basis of satisfying the basic methane/non-methane analysis, it can analyze various characteristic benzene series for special industries, including benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, m-Xylene, p-xylene, o-xylene etc. At the same time, the 5800-GO also supports continuous measurement of samples in the canister and gas sampling bags, and does all the work as a standard laboratory analyzer.
Remote connection (optional)
The 5800-GO's remote connection technology allows the user to remotely control the instrument via an external controller. The user can place the instrument on site and remotely control the instrument to inject. When the analysis is finished, the user can also analyze and process all measurement data offline.
