UltiMate™ WPS TBPL Thermostatted Biocompatible Standard Well Plate Autosampler

The Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ UltiMate™ WPS TBPL Thermostatted Biocompatible Standard Well Plate Autosampler features a biocompatible flow path consisting only of fused silica, Thermo Scientific™ PEEK™ and high-performance polymers. Pulled-loop injection mechanism reduces delay times, provides accurate and precise gradient profiles, reduces peak broadening and improves peak resolution. This biocompatible autosampler extends these capabilities to pressures up to 345 bar.

Recommended Use

The biocompatible WPS TBPL Thermostatted Biocompatible Standard Well Plate Autosampler is an ideal tool for biomolecule analysis, including protein and antibody fractionation and purification. The stainless-steel version can be upgraded to support up to 90MPa (13,000 psi) for full support of fraction collection at UHPLC conditions. In combination with the extended fraction collection capabilities of Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ Chromeleon™ Chromatography Data System (CDS) software, the WPS TBPL enables full automation of injection, fractionation and reinjection of samples.
