Emphaze™ AEX Hybrid Purifier is a single-use clarifying capsule range that reduces contaminants in bioprocess streams. It delivers >99.99% DNA removal, 25–35% HCP reduction, >99.99% bioburden reduction, low turbidity, and ≥95% mAb recovery. Combining Q-functional AEX media with an asymmetric membrane, it improves downstream purification, including Protein A performance. Used after depth filtration, it supports scalable processing from bench to production. Available in multiple sizes for seamless scale-up
