QuantStudio™ 3/5 10-Dye Spectral Calibration Kit, 96-well, 0.1 mL

This easy-to-use dye calibration kit establishes the pure dye spectra and multicomponent values for FAM™, VIC™, ROX™, SYBR™ , ABY™, JUN™, MUSTANG PURPLE™, TAMRA™, NED™, and Cy™5 dyes on the Applied Biosystems™ QuantStudio™ 3 and 5 96-well 0.1-mL real-time PCR systems.

The QuantStudio™ 3/5 10-Dye Spectral Calibration Kit contains the following:
• 96-well 0.1-mL Spectral Calibration Plate 1 (containing FAM, VIC, ROX, and SYBR dyes)
• 96-well 0.1-mL Spectral Calibration Plate 2 (containing ABY, JUN, and MUSTANG PURPLE dyes)
• 96-well 0.1-mL Spectral Calibration Plate 3 (containing TAMRA, NED, and Cy5, dyes)

This multiple-dye plate calibration kit enables simultaneous dye calibrations in single plates, significantly reducing the effort and time required for dye calibration. In addition, the formulations of the dyes in Plate 2 improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing the fluorescent spectra of the respective probes found in your real-time PCR experiments.
