Ion S5™ ExT Calibration Standard

The Ion S5™ ExT Calibration Standard is a small panel consisting of known sequence content with comprehensive and uniform representation of long homopolymers up to 10-mers. The Ion S5 ExT Calibration Standard can be used in conjunction with the Ion 520™ & Ion 530™ ExT workflow for de novo research sequencing applications to allow for greater accuracy of base-calling for templates between 400 and 600 bp.

Notes:
This kit is only compatible with the Ion S5™ and Ion S5™ XL Sequencing Systems.
Use this kit with the Ion 520 & Ion 530 ExT Kit-Chef (A30670) and Torrent Suite™ Software 5.2 or higher.
