Bacto™ Yeast Extract 2

Bacto Yeast Extract 2 is a concentrate of the water-soluble portion of autolyzed Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells. Derived from primary grown baker's yeast, this animal-origin free product is suitable for use in microbial fermentation. Yeast extract provides essential water-soluble vitamins, amino acids, peptides, and carbohydrates to any medium formulation.
