E.Coli DH10B Control 600 Library

The E.coli DH10b Control 600 Library provides a templating control for use with the Ion 520™ & Ion 530™ ExT Kit- Chef and the Ion S5™ and Ion S5™ XL Sequencing Systems. The kit offers greater experimental control and empowers you to assess sample quality, help save time and reagents, and maximize productivity. Each kit contains a 600 bp E.coli DH10b control library for up to 10 template preparations.

• This kit is only compatible with the Ion S5 and Ion S5 XL Sequencing Systems.
• Use this kit with the Ion 520™ & Ion 530™ ExT Kit-Chef and Torrent Suite™ Software 5.2 or higher.
