The Alexa Fluor™ 555 and 647 Reactive Dye Decapack is optimized for use with aminoallyl labeling techniques. The single-use packaging of the reactive dyes eliminates the need to aliquot bulk dyes, providing convenience and ensuring maximum activity of the dyes. The specially packaged Alexa Fluor™ dyes are compatible with both aminoallyl dUTP- and aminoallyl UTP-modified nucleotides as well as most commercially available aminoallyl-based labeling kits.
