The Oncomine Comprehensive Assay Plus RNA contains a targeted, multi-biomarker panel that enables highly sensitive and robust detection of known and novel fusions covering >1300 isoforms from 49 fusion drivers associated with solid tumors.

The Oncomine Comprehensive Assay Plus RNA provides the reagents for library construction and two pools of multiplex PCR primers for preparation of amplicon libraries from formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tumor samples. The assay is optimized for sequencing on the Ion GeneStudio S5 systems with the Ion 550 Chip to enable up to 32 samples and a no-template control (NTC) per run.
