Features of the reagents include:
• The first commercial reverse transcription qPCR for amplification of Tritrichomonas foetus RNA & DNA
• Highly sensitive, qualitative real-time PCR

The amplification reaction consists of a single-well (or single-tube) RT-qPCR in which T. foetus RNA/DNA and Xeno Control RNA targets are amplified and detected in real time using fluorescent TaqMan probes. The reagents include:
• T. foetus/Xeno Primers Probes Mix—for optimized multiplex RT-qPCR amplification of T. foetus RNA/DNA and Xeno control RNA
