The TaqPath Menu I GeneProof PAI-1 Genotyping PCR Kit is used for the qualitative detection of polymorphism in the SERPINE1 gene for Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor 1 (PAI-1) through real-time PCR technology. The kit is validated for use with whole blood specimens.
