Replacement Viper™ Capillaries for Dionex™ Inuvion™ IC System, PEEK

Ensure optimal separations and maximize ion chromatography (IC) performance with virtually-zero-dead-volume connections. Thermo Scientific™ Viper™ Fingertight Fittings with biocompatible PEEK capillaries are easy to use and enable fast, tool-free fluidic setup of IC systems. These fittings are compatible with virtually any column and valve type and suitable for fluidic connections with pressures up to 345 bar (5,000 psi).

The ferrule-free Dionex IC PEEK Viper design reduces dead volume of fluidic connections to virtually zero by sealing at the tip of the tubing. Dionex IC PEEK Viper fittings require much less torque to tighten than traditional PEEK fittings. The effort required to create a seal for 5000 psi (34 MPa) of pressure is similar to the effort needed to turn a dial on a combination lock.
