The EXTREVA ASE Accelerated Solvent Extractor offers:

  • All-in-one sample preparation. The EXTREVA ASE system automatically extracts and concentrates samples, eliminating the need to use multiple instrument workflows. The system is also available for extraction only, with the ability to upgrade to include evaporation at any time.
  • Time-saving operation. With extraction times up to three times faster than leading industry methods, the system increases throughput and productivity, allowing labs to process more samples in less time.
  • PFAS analysis capabilities. Designed with components that reduce PFAS background, the EXTREVA ASE system ensures more accurate and reliable results for PFAS analysis following methods such as US EPA Method 1633A.
  • A walk-away solution. The system minimizes hands-on sample preparation tasks, enabling staff to accomplish other tasks.
  • Parallel extraction and concentration. One EXTREVA ASE system can process four samples in parallel, substantially increasing throughput.
  • Reduced solvent use. The dynamic gas-assisted extraction mode can reduce solvent consumption by up to 50%.
  • Application flexibility and cleaning. Up to six different solvents can be used, including wash solvents for cleaning between methods. Precise flow control optimizes methods.
  • Data integrity. The system timestamps sample information and parameters using a 2-D bar code reader to facilitate data integrity.
