The Invitrogen™ E-Gel™ Power Snap Lite integrated system and its individual components enable a fast, convenient workflow for loading, running, and analyzing DNA samples on precast E-Gel™ agarose gels, from sample loading to gel imaging. Designed for routine horizontal electrophoresis, it supports quick verification and workflow checks with agarose gels for up to 22 samples per run.

The E-Gel Power Snap Lite Camera is designed for fast, effortless E-Gel agarose gel image capture and documentation when used with the E-Gel Power Snap Lite Electrophoresis Device* (Cat. No. G8502). Cable-free and easy to dock, the E-Gel Power Snap Lite Camera integrates seamlessly with the device, enabling gel run control and instant image capture during the run without interrupting the workflow.

The E-Gel Power Snap Lite Camera is optimized for use with E-Gel EX, E-Gel SYBR Safe, E-Gel CloneWell II, and E-Gel SizeSelect II gels.

Seamless integration

Control gel runs and capture high-resolution E-Gel agarose gel images directly at the bench with the easy-to-use E-Gel Power Snap Lite Camera. The camera docks directly to the E-Gel Power Snap Lite Electrophoresis Device and requires no external power supply, enabling convenient, on-the-spot control of the gel run workflow without leaving the bench.

Effortless use

This high-resolution digital color camera automatically captures E-Gel agarose gel images using optimal exposure settings, with no need for focusing or image adjustments. Images captured with auto-exposure can also be fine-tuned manually when needed.

Designed for convenience

The integrated E-Gel Power Snap Lite Camera touchscreen and onboard software provide an intuitive interface for quick image capture and editing. Images can be stored in the camera's internal memory for months of use or transferred easily to an external USB storage device.

Freedom to walk away

The E-Gel Power Snap Lite Camera includes an automatic gel capture workflow that enables multiple images to be captured at defined time intervals while you are away from the bench. When you return, your images are available in the internal image gallery.

The Invitrogen™ E-Gel™ Power Snap Lite system and its individual components include a 12-month warranty.
