2D Labtainer™ BioProcess Container (BPC), ASI™ 28 film, 2 ports, MPC insert connectors

The small- and medium-sized Thermo Scientific™ Labtainer™ BioProcess Containers (BPCs) range in size from 100 mL to 2 L. These bags feature ¼-inch ID tubing, making them ideal for smaller flow applications. The MPC insert connectors are easy to use and offer secure fluid handling. The 1 L Thermo Scientific™ BPC 2D system is composed of Thermo Scientific™ ASI™ 28 film, a 4-layer, 12.5 mL ethyl vinyl acetate film, and includes 2 ports (2 MPC insert + barb and cap).

Features of the system include:
• Helps to eliminate post-use cleaning steps required with reusable containers, and to reduce cross-contamination risks
• All Labtainers constructed in an ISO 7 cleanroom environment under cGMP conditions

Applications include:
• Harvesting from, feeding into, and collecting samples from bioreactors and fermenters
