Productainer™ BioProcess Container (BPC), 200 L with 4 Top Drains, 3D Single-Use BPC

The Thermo Scientific™ Productainer™ BioProcess Container (BPC), 200 L 3D system is composed of CX5-14 single web, multi-layer plastic film and includes 2 top ports and 1 bottom port. The 3D square tube design with top dispense is for use with flat-bottom Thermo Scientific™ drums.

Tubing style:
• Line 1: MPX insert, polycarbonate, Tubing: length: 121.9cm (48 in.) ID x OD: 12.7mm x 19.1mm (.5 in. x .75 in.), with dip tube length dependant on size
• Line 2: Male luer lock conection, polypropylene, Tubing: length: 121.9cm (48 in.) ID x OD: 6.4mm x 9.5mm (.25 in. x .38 in.)
• Line 3: Female luer lock connection, polypropylene, Tubing: length: 121.9cm (48 in.) ID x OD: 6.4mm x 9.5mm (.25 in. x .38 in.)
• Line 4: MPX body, polycarbonate, Tubing: length: 121.9cm (48 in.) ID x OD: 12.7mm x 19.1mm (.5 in. x .75 in.) dip tube length: 30.5cm (12 in.)

Features:
• Use this system to eliminate post-use cleaning steps required with re-useable containers, and to reduce cross-contamination risks.
• All 3D BPCs are constructed in an ISO 7 cleanroom under cGMP conditions.
• All 3D BPCs are designed to fit the full range of support containers, both square and cylindrical – from 50 to 2000 L.
