Smart-Vue Alert, 21-50 Sensors
Smart-Vue™ Alert is an online alert platform, replacing the use of an analog USB modem for issuing alerts via voice and/or SMS. This is a requirement in many regions due to the phase-out of analog telephone lines. Smart-Vue Alert is a for-pay service with a yearly subscription model.
Feature summary
- 12-month or 36-month options, time counting from the date of installation
- Module-based license options with same ranges as server licenses: 1-20, 21-50, 51-100, 101-unlimited
- Customer benefits from an unlimited number of alerts/calls for the allowed number of modules
- Smart-Vue Alert supports both SMS/Text and Voice alerts
- There is no “text-only” option (i.e. without voice alerts) at this time.
- Users cannot customize alert messages. This feature could be studied for a future release if necessary.
