Using Ultraviolet Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (UV-DOAS) and Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology, UW-50 product simultaneously measures the concentrations of SO2, NO, CO2 and other components and calculates sulfur-carbon ratio. precisely feedback the technical details of the desulfurization and denitration systems of ship engines.
  • Integrated design and unique air-cooling temperature control technology make the product small in size and fitting better in the narrow space of a ship.
  • 180°C high-temperature heat tracing during whole journey avoids the occurrence of condensed water, which will affect the measurement accuracy of SO2, meanwhile preventing the blockage of pipelines caused by crystallization of oil mist.
  • Adoption of ultraviolet differential technology for SO2 and NO, and tunable laser technology for CO2; stable and accurate measurement results, without interference by background gases such as moisture, dust, methane, etc.
  • High accuracy of SO2 and NO detection, and the lowest limit of detection down to 1ppm.
  • Without moving parts and suitable for operating environments with intense vibration on ships.
  • The system has automatic calibration function, and is easy for maintenance.
