ACMA(9-氨基-6-氯-2-甲氧基吖啶)是一种 DNA 嵌入剂,可选择性结合 poly (d(A-T))。ACMA-DNA 复合物(最大激发/发射波长 ∼419/483 nm)可采用大多数紫外光源激发,因而兼容更短和更长波长的染料。ACMA 还可与带电状态的膜明显结合,并在形成 pH 梯度时淬灭。其广泛应用于追踪膜上的阳离子和阴离子移动,进而研究各种膜结合 ATPases 的质子泵活性。
