This comprehensive slide kit is designed for spectral imaging instruments and includes the Aluora™ FluoCells slide set with a 9-plex Aluora rainbow slide, single color and tissue control slides, an H&E slide, and a MultiSpeck™ bead calibration slide for optical alignment and calibration.
The Aluora™ FluoCells™ kidney slide set is a mounted FFPE murine kidney control for spectral imaging. Slides are stained with covalent Aluora dyes plus DAPI and mounted in ProLong™ Glass to preserve signal. The set contains eight IHC targets plus DAPI for setup, calibration, teaching, and QC, with practical staining to show realistic channel separation and background. The kits include single-color controls, an unstained control, a 9-color rainbow slide, an H&E slide, and an Aluora MultiSpeck™ bead slide for alignment and illumination checks, also available as single components.
The Aluora MultiSpeck Spectral Calibration Bead Slide is a spectral fluorescence standard compatible with fluorescence microscopes and instruments that capture data from standard glass slides for optical alignment and illumination correction across a wide range of excitation sources.

AS900 Aluora™ QC kit includes 9 single-color control slides, 1 unstained control, 1 rainbow multiplex slide, 1 H&E slide, plus 2 Aluora™ MultiSpeck™ spectral calibration bead slides; bead density supports XY optical alignment of objectives and within-objective illumination correction.
AS901KIT Aluora™ FluoCells™ kidney prepared slide set includes 9 single-color control slides, 1 unstained control, 1 rainbow slide, and 1 H&E slide (tissue-only format).

The Aluora MultiSpeck Spectral Calibration Bead Slide has a uniform high density of ~4 μm-diameter microspheres that are compatible with a wide range of laser excitation sources (350 nm to 810 nm), LED excitation sources (375 nm to 730 nm), and standard fluorescent lamps. The beads emit fluorescence from 385 nm to 860 nm, making them ideal for optical alignment and illumination correction tasks.
