DRAQ7 染料是一种膜不可透过性染料,可快速对死细胞或透化细胞的双链 DNA (dsDNA) 进行染色。染料的激发波长范围为 488 至 647 nm,但用红色激光谱线激发较好。当嵌入 dsDNA 时,其上限发射波长为 697 nm。
