FluoReporter™ 生物素定量检测试剂盒提供了一种灵敏的荧光测定法,用于测定核酸样品(即 cDNA)中的生物素标记数量。该检测采用 Biotective™ 绿色试剂,该试剂包含通过捕获生物素结合位点的配体淬灭的荧光染料。当存在生物素时,淬灭染料配体将发生位移并发出荧光。荧光与加入的生物素的量成比例。可使用任何能够检测 FITC 染料、基于荧光的酶标仪读取结果。

FluoReporter™ 生物素定量检测试剂盒的重要特点:
• 可检测样品中 4 至 80 皮摩尔生物素(灵敏度是 HABA 生物素结合测定灵敏度的 50 倍)
• 可应用于低至 13 ng 的生物素标记核酸(标记程度越低需要越多)
• 试剂的最大激发/发射波长为 495/519 nm
• 提供标准曲线用生物素化阳性对照品
