Molecular Probes™ 高度纯化合成萤光素展现出与天然萤光素相同的物理性质。我们提供荧光素游离酸 (L2911) 以及其水溶性钠盐和钾盐(L2912L2916)。DMNPE 掩蔽的 D-荧光素 (L7085) 提供了一种将荧光素传递到完整细胞中的有效方法,可用于提供连续的活性荧光素来源。DMNPE 掩蔽的萤光素很容易穿过细胞膜。一旦进入细胞内部,即可通过 UV 光解一次性释放萤光素,或能够通过在大多数真核细胞中发现的细胞内酯酶的作用连续缓慢形成活性萤光素。
