Multiskan™ Ease 酶标仪专用滤光片

The Thermo Scientific™ filter accessories for the Multiskan™ Ease Absorbance Microplate Reader expand assay flexibility by enabling precise wavelength selection across a wide range of absorbance applications. Designed to integrate smoothly with the instrument's optical system, these durable hard-coated filters support both routine and advanced assays while maintaining high measurement accuracy and long-term reliability.

仪器配备易安装的 8 位滤光轮，预装 405 nm、450 nm 和 620 nm 三个标准滤光片。用户可根据实验需求选配其他波长滤光片，实现更灵活的应用配置。

滤光片波长及典型应用

标准滤光片（预装）：

• 405 nm — 碱性磷酸酶（ALP）ELISA（pNPP 底物）、ABTS 实验、酶动力学、内毒素（LAL）检测
• 450 nm — HRP/TMB ELISA（包括快速及即时 ELISA）
• 620 nm — ELISA 参考波长；Bradford 蛋白检测替代读数

可选滤光片：

• 414 nm — 血红素/血红蛋白检测、Soret 吸收峰检测
