QuantiGene Homogenizing Solution is used to prepare tissue homogenates from fresh, frozen, or formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues. Homogenization of tissues using QuantiGene Homogenizing Solution releases RNA for detection and quantitation with QuantiGene assays. The homogenizing solution is one of two components in the QuantiGene Sample Processing Kit for tissues, and is used to supplement this kit when extra volume is needed.
QuantiGene 均质溶液用于从新鲜、冷冻或福尔马林固定石蜡包埋 (FFPE) 组织中制备组织匀浆。使用 QuantiGene 均质溶液制备的匀浆组织的均质释放 RNA，以便采用 QuantiGene 试剂盒进行检测和定量。组织 QuantiGene 样品处理试剂盒中的两种组分之一是均质溶液，当需要额外体积时也用于补充本试剂盒。
