The Cobetter Bricap™ L03 capsule filter is designed to support inline sterile filtration of Type 2 water in food testing diluter workflows. Its durable capsule construction and hydrophilic polyethersulfone (PES) membrane help provide reliable water flow and effective microbial retention for consistent diluent delivery.

The Bricap™ L03 capsule filter uses a Cobetter Purcise™ SAF 0.45/0.2 µm PES membrane configuration, supporting the preparation of sterile filtered diluent for food microbiology applications. This helps maintain diluter performance and supports contamination-controlled sample preparation workflows.

Sterilizing-grade filters are qualified through microbial challenge testing using Brevundimonas diminuta at a concentration of 1 × 10⁷ CFU/cm² and are correlated with validated, non-destructive integrity testing methods. Filters of this type are typically classified with a nominal pore size of 0.2 to 0.22 μm.
