BTF3 Antibody (MA571262) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of BTF3 in HepG2 cells. Sample was incubated with BTF3 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA571261) at a dilution of 1:1,000. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI and Alexa Fluor 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Medium. Scale bar, 20 μm.

Target Information
This gene encodes the basic transcription factor 3. This protein forms a stable complex with RNA polymerase IIB and is required for transcriptional initiation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. This gene has multiple pseudogenes.
