Western Blot using FCRL2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80624) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: 293 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti- RabbitIgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 56 kDa. Observed band size: 64 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).

This antibody has specificity for Human FCRL2/FcRH2.
Target Information
The FCRL2 gene encodes the protein Fc receptor-like 2, which is part of the Fc receptor-like family involved in immune system regulation. FCRL2 is primarily expressed on the surface of B lymphocytes, where it contributes to the modulation of B cell activation and immune responses. As a member of the Fc receptor-like family, FCRL2 is thought to play roles in signaling pathways that influence B cell development, differentiation, and antibody production.
