ToFSIMS collection of visualization modules for Exum Massbox mass spectrometer HDF5 data,
Time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (ToF-SIMS) employs a trusted spectroscopic technique which collects and separates isotopes according to their mass-to-charge ratio (m/z).
ExumViz3D module reads back specific element(s) defined by atomic mass from a set of HDF5 files produced by Exum Massbox mass spectrometer..
ExumViz2D module reads back specific element(s) defined by atomic mass from the HDF5 file produced by Exum Massbox mass spectrometer.
ToFSIMSFindPeaks module finds most prominent elements in the Peak Data table
DisplayPeriodicTable module displays the periodic table of elements with their atomic mass. Clicking an element will add the atomic mass of the element, rounded to nearest integer, to the list of atomic masses in the text box at the bottom of the interface. This list can be copied/pasted in different Avizo modules such as ExumViz3D or ExumViz2D .
