This Xtra provides a streamlined workflow to import and process Adaptive Scanning datasets in Amira. A custom TIF reader automatically detects and loads data from structured folders (LowQuality, HighQuality, Combined, Mask), ensuring correct voxel size handling and simplifying dataset management.
Beyond data import, the Xtra outlines recommended post-processing strategies for volume reconstruction, including stack alignment, artifact reduction, denoising, and contrast enhancement. It introduces decision trees and best practices for handling both small in-memory datasets and large datasets using TIFF Stack Access and EM Toolbox workflows.
