ImmunoCAP™ 총 IgE는 인간 혈청 또는 혈장 시료에서 순환 IgE의 총량을 측정합니다.1 IgE 항체는 알레르기 항원에 대한 감작의 결과로 나타날 수 있습니다. 알레르기로 인한 천식, 비염 또는 아토피 피부염을 앓고 있는 많은 환자에서 총 IgE 농도가 상승할 수 있습니다.1,3-5

ImmunoCAP 총 IgE는 2 ~ 5000kU/L 사이의 넓은 측정 범위 내에서 정확한 순환 IgE 수치를 제공하는 완전 정량적 검사입니다.1 혈청 IgE 수치가 낮은 환자의 경우, ImmunoCAP Total IgE Low Range는 0.1 ~ 100kU/L 사이의 정량적 측정을 제공합니다.2

 

임상 활용도

  • 총 혈청 IgE 수치는 아토피 상태에 따라 달라지며6 IgE 매개 알레르기 질환의 임상 진단에 도움을 줍니다.1,2
  • 아토피 병력 없이 직업성 알레르기가 의심되는 환자의 경우, 혈청 IgE 수치의 상승은 높은 수준의 알레르기 항원 노출로 인한 감작의 가능성을 시사합니다.7,8
  • 장내 기생충 감염도 IgE 생성을 유도하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 이로 인해 혈청 IgE 수치가 상승합니다.9
