Western blot was performed using Anti-TREM2 Rabbit Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 703422). A 28 kDa (full length) and 55 kDa (glycosylated) band corresponding to TREM2 was observed across the cell lines tested. The encoded protein may be involved in chronic inflammation by triggering the production of constitutive inflammatory cytokines.
