ACAT1 Antibody (PA5-19226) in WB
Western blot analysis of ACAT1 using ACAT1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-19226) (0.01 µg/mL) in staining of Mouse (A) and Rat (B) kidney lysates, and Mouse (C) and Rat (D) Liver lysates (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
