ACBD6 Antibody (PA5-80295) in WB
Western Blot using ACBD6 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80295) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: 293T Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: K562 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 31 kDa. Observed band size: 35 kDa.

靶标信息
ACBD6 binds long-chain acyl-coenzyme A molecules with a strong preference for unsaturated C18:1-CoA, lower affinity for unsaturated C20:4-CoA, and very weak affinity for saturated C16:0-CoA. Does not bind fatty acids.
