Immunocytochemistry analysis of AFG3L2 using anti-AFG3L2 antibody (Product # PA5-95347) . AFG3L2 was detected in a section of U2OS cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. Human AFG3L2 shares 100% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse AFG3L2.
Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
