Reactivity of AHB 2 antibodies to recombinant AHB 1 and AHB 2 ng of recombinant Arabidopsis thaliana AHB 1 and AHB 2 are indicated on a blot. The SDS gels are 15% acrylamide (28:1 acrylamide: bis-acrylamide). Transfer to PVDF occurred at 100 m Amp per gel for 90 minutes. Blocking solution was "blotto" (2.5% (w/v) non-fat dry milk dissolved in TBST (TBS + 0.05% Tween-20)). Blocking occurred for 15 minutes.
