Western blot analysis of AKR1D1 in Lane 1: human HepG2 whole cell lysates, Lane 2: rat liver tissue lysates, Lane 3: mouse liver tissue lysates, Lane 4: mouse testis tissue lysates. Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human HepG2 whole cell, human CACO-2 whole cell, rat liver tissue, mouse liver tissue. Flow: HepG2 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
