AKR7L Antibody (PA5-49462) in WB
Western blot analysis of AKR7L in various lysates. Samples were incubated with AKR7L polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49462) using a dilution of 1:2,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Lane 1: HepG2 whole cell lysates; Lane 2: HL-60 whole cell lysates; Lane 3: Hela whole cell lysates; Lane 4: Jurkat whole cell lysates. Predicted band size: 37 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
