Western blot analysis of mouse ZBTB8OS/ARCH was performed by loading whole-cell lysates of mouse embryonic fibroblasts (each of the three lanes was equally loaded with 10000-15000 cell equivalents) in reducing sample buffer onto a 20-well NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Midi Protein Gels (Product # WG1402A). Proteins were transferred to PVDF membrane with tank transfer. Membrane was blocked in 5% non-fat milk/TBST.
