ARHGAP5 Antibody (A304-548A) in WB
Detection of human and mouse ARHGAP5 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ARHGAP5 antibody (Product # A304-548A) (lot A304-548A-1) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. GTPase-activating protein for Rho family members. May play a role in the reduction of the p21rasGTPase-activating potential of RASA1/p120GAP.
