ASAM Antibody (PA5-47919) in WB
Western blot analysis of ASAM in mouse adipose (uterus) tissue and mouse brain (cortex) tissue. Samples were incubated in ASAM polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47919) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for ASAM at approximately 48 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
