Allergin 1 Antibody (PA5-47920) in WB
Western blot analysis of Allergin 1 in human plasma. Samples were incubated in Allergin 1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47920) using a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Allergin-1 at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Target Information
Allergin 1 is a protein coding gene. Immunoglobulin-like receptor which plays an inhibitory role in degranulation of mast cells. Negatively regulates IgE-mediated mast cell activation and suppresses the type I immediate hypersensitivity reaction.
