Immunocytochemistry analysis of B-Raf (G469A Mutant) in Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Samples were incubated with B-Raf (G469A Mutant) recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA568377) using a dilution of 1:500 (Green). Fluoroshield with DAPI (Blue).
