Immunocytochemistry analysis of B3GNT2 in MCF-7 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in B3GNT2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-144001) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL.
