BAG5 Antibody (PA5-49696) in WB
Western Blot analysis of BAG5 was performed using Lane 1: A549 cells lysate. Lane 2: HeLa cells lysate. Lane 3: 293T cells lysate. Lysates: per lane. The membrane was probed with BAG5 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-49696) using 1:500 dilution. Secondary antibody: Donkey anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1:3,000 dilution. Exposure time: 1 minute.

The antibody detects endogenous level of total BAG5 protein.
靶标信息
It has been hypothesizes that the BAG-5 protein will induce the death of nigral neurons through its predicted interaction with hsp70, which will cause increased protein aggregation and cell death by disinhibition of hsp70's anti-apoptotic function. It is believed that BAG-5 will play an important role in the mechanisms of neuronal death. BAG-5 may also be of interest due to its possible role as a modulator of the hsp70/hsp40 chaperone axis or its possible interaction and coordination of localization/ modulation of other BAG containing proteins via BAG-BAG heterodimerization.
