BCL6 Antibody (PA5-95591) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of BCL6 in paraffin-embedded mouse spleen tissues. Antigen retrieval was performed on the tissue using citrate buffer (pH 6, 20 min) and blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were incubated with BCL6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-95591) at a 1 µg/mL dilution, followed by biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG (30 min, 37°C), and developed with Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex and DAB.

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human Raji whole cell, human MCF-7 whole cell, human placenta tissue, human A549 whole cell, human Caco-2 whole cell, human U2OS whole cell, rat testis tissue, rat spleen tissue, rat brain tissue, mouse testis tissue, mouse spleen tissue, mouse brain tissue. IHC: human tonsil tissue, mouse spleen tissue. Flow: BRL cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
Bcl-6 proto-oncogene product (a Kruppel-type zinc-finger protein) is mainly expressed in normal germinal center B cells and related lymphomas. Bcl-6 is involved in chromosome rearrangements at 3q27 in non-Hodgkin's lymphomas and Bcl-6 rearrangements have been detected in 33%-45% of diffuse large B cell lymphomas. Bcl-6 has been detected immunohistochemically in follicular lymphomas, diffuse large B cell lymphomas, Burkitt's lymphomas and in nodular, lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin's disease.
