BCL7C Antibody (PA5-30308) in ICC/IF
BCL7C Polyclonal Antibody detects BCL7C protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: Jurkat cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: BCL7C protein stained by BCL7C Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30308) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining. Scale bar = 10 µm.

This gene is identified by the similarity of its product to the N-terminal region of BCL7A protein. The BCL7A protein is encoded by the gene known to be directly involved in a three-way gene translocation in a Burkitt lymphoma cell line. The function of this gene has not yet been determined.
