BDKRB2 Antibody (MA574157) in WB
Western blot analysis of BDKRB2 in Unboiled ME-180, HeLa (30 µg). Samples were separated with 10% SDS-PAGE, incubated with BDKRB2 Recombinant Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA574157) at a dilution of 1:1,000 and detected with HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody.

ESTs have been isolated from colon, connective tissue, heart, heart/melanocyte/uterus, and kidney libraries. It is associated with G-proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.
